How quickly will I receive my design?
Most standard orders are prepared after confirmed payment. Unusual technical failures or busy periods can take longer.
Can I change it after paying?
Check the preview carefully before payment. We correct verified production errors, while preference or wording changes after approval may require another order.
Which files do I receive?
The selected pack includes portrait, square and/or WhatsApp status/story JPG files. Exact pixel dimensions are shown in the editor.
Is payment secure?
Payment is completed through PayFast. Super Services does not receive or store your card details.
How long can I download my files?
Customer uploads and completed files are available for 30 days, then may remain in a private dispute archive until secure deletion at 90 days unless law requires otherwise.
