Super Services is operated by Iteology (PTY) LTD. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The service

We produce personalised digital artwork from the template, pack and wording you approve. Colours may vary between screens and printers. Unless expressly stated, physical printing is not included.

Your responsibility

You must check names, dates, numbers, spelling and other details before payment. You confirm that you have permission to use any names, logos, photographs or wording supplied and that the content is lawful.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in South African rand. An order is treated as paid only after PayFast confirms the payment to our server. Standard files are generated automatically and supplied through a private download link.

Licence

You may use your purchased output for the personal, community or business purpose described in the order. The underlying templates, systems and unused artwork remain ours or our licensors’ property. You may not resell a template or offer the file as an editable template.

Prohibited use

Do not use Super Services for fraud, impersonation, forged official records, harassment, hate, unlawful explicit content or infringement. We may suspend fulfilment and review or refund an order where required for safety or law.

Availability and liability

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available and preserve paid orders. To the extent permitted by South African law, liability arising from a particular order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
