Iteology (PTY) LTD, trading as Super Services, processes the information required to create, take payment for, deliver and support your order.
Information we use
This may include your name, email address, mobile number, order wording, technical security records, payment reference, a privacy-preserving keyed hash of an address used for preview-abuse control, and any content you provide. PayFast processes payment-card or banking details; we do not receive those credentials.
Why we use it
- To perform your order and deliver files.
- To confirm and reconcile payment.
- To prevent abuse and protect the service.
- To provide support, refunds and legal records.
- To measure service and campaign performance using proportionate data.
Sharing
Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, payment, email delivery, security and support, or where law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
File retention and security
Customers can access or download uploaded source images and completed generated files for 30 days after delivery. Super Services may retain private archive copies for support or disputes until day 90. Files are automatically deleted after 90 days unless a lawful hold applies; they are not retained indefinitely. The owner can clear eligible data older than 90 days from the protected archive module.
Data-subject access, correction and deletion requests are handled promptly, subject to identity checks and lawful accounting, dispute or security exceptions. We apply access controls, encryption for secrets, signed links, backups and audit records.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or object to certain processing. Send requests to privacy@superservices.co.za. We may verify identity before acting.
Marketing
Order messages are transactional. Marketing messages are sent only under a separate lawful basis or consent, and include an opt-out.
