Iteology (PTY) LTD, trading as Super Services, processes the information required to create, take payment for, deliver and support your order.

Information we use

This may include your name, email address, mobile number, order wording, technical security records, payment reference and any content you provide. PayFast processes payment-card or banking details; we do not receive those credentials.

Why we use it

• To perform your order and deliver files.
• To confirm and reconcile payment.
• To prevent abuse and protect the service.
• To provide support, refunds and legal records.
• To measure service and campaign performance using proportionate data.

Sharing

Information is shared only with service providers needed for hosting, payment, email delivery, security and support, or where law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Private download files are normally retained for 30 days. Accounting, payment and security records may be retained longer where reasonably or legally required. We apply access controls, encryption for secrets, signed links, backups and audit records.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete eligible personal information, or object to certain processing. Send requests to privacy@superservices.co.za. We may verify identity before acting.

Marketing

Order messages are transactional. Marketing messages are sent only under a separate lawful basis or consent, and include an opt-out.
