Before payment

The live preview is provided so that you can check wording. Please verify names, dates, times, phone numbers and venues carefully.

Personalised digital products

Because the files are created to your supplied details, a change of mind or customer typing error after production normally does not qualify for a refund. This does not remove any right you have under South African law.

When we will fix or refund

If our system changes your approved wording, produces a corrupted or materially incomplete file, charges the wrong amount, or cannot deliver the purchased output, we will rerender, correct or refund as appropriate.

How to request help

Email support@superservices.co.za with the order reference and a clear description within seven days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible; banking and gateway processing times are outside our control.
